Payments made online will be billed in US dollars
directly. This creates an advantage of paying in
advance online to avoid the dollar amount being
converted into pesos at the buying rate of the bank
on that day and then converted back to dollars by your
bank on your statement. Credit card will be charged
for the total amount shown above at the time of booking.
Please note that your billing statement will show:
Hummer Jungle Tours UNIFICO.
Credit cards accepted:
American Express Cards, MasterCard, or Visa. By
making a reservation online, you acknowledge that you
have been advised of the costs of the tours and the
amount you are being charged and agree to pay that
amount.
IVA TAX: Included in all or prices.
ALL RESERVATIONS CANCELLED ARE SUBJECT TO
PENALTIES AS FOLLOWS:
After payment has been processed, reservations are
subject to a minimum twenty (20) percent administrative
fee based upon the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations 15 days prior to arrival will be
refunded all except the "Administrative Fee".
Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will
receive refund of 50% of the reservation total.
Cancellations less than 36 hours to 7 Days will be
issued a credit for future services and have no
expiration. Cancellations with less than 36 hours
notice and NO SHOWS will not be refunded and no
credits are given.
CREDITS AND REFUNDS:
In the event that a credit or refund is due, Hummer
Jungle Tours will make every effort to process that
transaction in a timely manner. Credits can be made
only to the credit card that was used in the transaction.
Payments made with your credit card in Cancun (not online)
will be processed as described in Paragraph 1 using
that days Buy Rate for Dollars (transactions made in
Mexico must be charged in pesos) but it is important
to know. Bank Rules do not allow credits to be issued
to a credit card after the day is closed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you pay in Cancun the company can only issue you
a voucher for future tours without expiration.
Credits issued to a card can take up to 2 billing
cycles to appear.
